K-Dramas have it all. Passion, slow burn relationship and more. Korean dramas are gaining popularity as they become even more accessible for streaming worldwide.
One of the best tropes is enemies-to-lovers, when the main characters hate each other, but begin to develop a good relationship. Here's my pick of the best enemies-to-lovers K-Dramas I have ever seen.
Hate To Love You
The show follows Yeo Mi-Ran (Kim Ok-Vin) a badass rookie attorney at Gilmu Law Firm, which works primarily with the entertainment industry. Because of her experiences, she is not interested in having a romantic relationship and plans to live life as an unmarried woman.
Nam Gang-Ho (Yoo Teo) is a top actor in the entertainment industry. He is sought after to work in romantic movies, but he doesn't actually trust women and assume that they only desire money and status.
So I Married An Anti-fan
Hoo Joon is a superstar and Geun Young is a magazine reporter. At the opening of a new nightclub, Young accidentally throws up on Hoo Joon after witnessing his rude behavior.
Young is fired and is convinced that Hoo Joon caused her to be out of a job. She retaliates by setting up a one-person protest outside of his talent agency.
Gaining media attention and an anti-fan label, a TV producer approaches her about participating in a reality show whose premise is a celebrity living with their anti-fan. Unemployed, she accepts the opportunity, as does Hoo Joon, who thinks it could improve his image.
Mad For Each Other
Hwi Oh is a detective in the violent crimes division of the Gangnam Police Station and Lee Min Kyung is a woman troubled by her delusions and compulsiveness. She is unable to trust anyone and her delusions have the unfortunate side effect of making everyone else around her angry.
Crossing paths more often than they'd like to, Hwi Oh and Min Kyung try to stay out of each other's way, but then they realize that they are next-door neighbors.
Touch Your Heart
Oh Yoon Seo is a popular actress, famous for her beautiful appearance, but not good at acting. Involved in a scandal, her acting career declines. To gain experience for a new role, Oh Yoon Seo is required to work as a lawyer's secretary for a few months.
Meanwhile, Kwon Jung Rok is an attorney for a law firm, known as an arrogant and cold-hearted man. He's not pleased to have the actress Oh Yoon Seo as his secretary, but he has to accept.
Suspicious Partner
Noh Ji-Wook is a smart prosecutor, known to be arrogant and standoffish and Eun Bong-Hee is a passionate rookie justice department intern.
They get off on the wrong foot, but when things get complicated and Bong-Hee is falsely accused of murdering her ex boyfriend, her only hope is the prosecutor and boss, Noh Ji-Wook.
